Shipping Policy – Creature Cards

Shipping Methods

Initial Subscription Shipment (United States Only)
The first Creature Cards pack sent after a new subscription purchase is shipped via a tracked mailing service within the United States. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Recurring Subscription Shipments
All recurring monthly Creature Cards packs are shipped via standard postal mail in a rigid cardboard mailer. These shipments do not include tracking information. This mailing method allows us to offer free shipping on all subscription renewals.

Mailing Schedule

Creature Cards are mailed on or around the 15th of each month.

Under normal postal conditions, recurring monthly card packs should arrive no later than the 28th of the same month. Delivery times may vary due to location, seasonal volume, weather conditions, or postal service delays.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your Creature Cards pack has not arrived by the 28th of the month, please contact our support team.

We will issue a free replacement shipment, no questions asked.

Because recurring shipments are sent without tracking, we are unable to investigate delivery status with the postal service. However, customer satisfaction is a priority, and we are happy to resend any pack that does not arrive as expected.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and up to date at the time of billing. Address changes must be submitted prior to the monthly billing cutoff to apply to that month’s shipment.

International Shipping

Tracked shipping for initial subscription shipments is available within the United States only. International shipping policies and delivery timelines may differ and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
