Subscription, Pre-Order, and Cancellation Policy – Creature Cards
Certain products offered by Creature Cards are available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases work and how they may be modified or cancelled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Creature Cards subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly delivery of collectible Creature Cards packs.
Your selected payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged on each billing cycle based on the subscription option you choose, unless the subscription is paid in advance.
Creature Cards subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the subscriber. We do not send upcoming order or renewal reminder emails. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription status.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to the monthly billing cutoff by accessing the subscription management link included in your original order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.
Once a subscription charge has been processed for a given month, that month’s order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for additional details regarding refunds or replacements.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order from Creature Cards, you are reserving an item that is not yet in inventory or is scheduled to ship at a later date.
Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, the order can no longer be cancelled, though you may request a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If a product is offered under a “Try Before You Buy” program, your payment method will be authorized at the time of order but not immediately charged.
You will be given a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that time frame, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount. Additional details will be provided at checkout for any eligible products.
Policy Updates
Creature Cards reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to future orders and subscriptions.
